1. Service provider. These Terms of Service govern the use of individual consulting sessions ("the Service") provided by Kseniia Chuprova, Empresario Individual (self-employed sole trader), NIF Z2530398N, based in Barcelona, Spain ("we", "us").

2. Nature of the Service. Sessions offered through this website are individual consultations, booked on request, covering marketing and promotion, finance and business management, e-commerce, and personal and professional development strategy. They are general business and professional-development consulting, and do not constitute licensed clinical, medical, legal, or financial advisory services.

3. Booking and payment. Sessions are booked through our scheduling provider (Calendly) and paid through our payment provider (Stripe). A session is confirmed once payment has been received in full. Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable under EU law.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling. You may reschedule or cancel a session free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or failure to attend, may not be eligible for a refund or free rescheduling.

5. Refunds. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and should be sent to [contact email]. Where a session has already taken place, fees are generally non-refundable.

6. Client responsibilities. The Service is not a substitute for emergency, medical, or legal professional care. If you are experiencing a crisis or emergency, please contact local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.

7. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount paid for the relevant session.

8. Governing law. These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of [city, Spain], without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules applicable in your country of residence.

Retention. We retain booking and invoicing data for as long as required by Spanish tax and commercial law (generally up to 6 years).
